Starting courses on September 4th 2007 !

We are happy to welcome you and to introduce our activity. You can subscribe to training course all the sportive year from september 4th to the end of jun 2008.

We teach karate for children from the age of 3 (baby karate) up until the age of 14.

WHAT IS KARATE?

Karate-do is a martial art originally conceived in Japan. Originally conceived as an art of defence, the qualities developed buy its practice enable to build one’s confidence in his physical and psychological qualities and to blossom both in the practice of this art and in life in general.

ADVANTAGES OF KARATE FOR CHILDREN (FROM 3 YEARS ONWARDS)

Thanks to a simple and recreational modern teaching method, as practices at the Academy, young pupils can discover the advantages of karate with a content adapted to their needs:

- coordination in the movements;
- development of body control whilst moving;
- balanced growth (exercises of both the arms and legs, sometimes together);
- overcoming of shyness and focus of energy;
- respect of moral values (politeness, respect of others etc.)

LEISURE OR COMPETITION?

Two types of lessons are organised by our academies:
- “leisure”
- “competition” (from the age of 7) with joint consent from the child, the guardians and the technical director.

FREE TRAINING WITH EXPERTS AND CHAMPIONS

France has a great deal of experts and champions: the children from our associations have enjoyed free training courses organised by world champions and world famous experts: masters Dominique VALERA and Jean-Pierre LAVORATO, 8th dan federal experts, world champions Christophe PINNA and Michaël MILON.
A course organised by an expert or a world champion is soon to be organised.

FREE DISCOVERY LESSON

A free lesson is offered to your child on presentation of a medical certificate.

Teaching is, under the supervision of Claude POUGET, our technical director, 4th Dan and State diploma 2° holder, by Julien QUILICO, the current teacher, 2nd Dan and State diploma 1° holder
