REGISTRATION

- POSSIBILITY OF A FREE DISCOVERY LESSON (for collective courses) on presentation of a medical certificate (with, for minors, consent of the parents).

- REGISTRATION PROCEDURE (collective lesson):

- 1. Print, fill in and provide (by mail or at training) the registration form (times, prices, parents’ consent for minors included).

- 2. Provide a medical aptitude certificate for the practice of the chosen discipline(s).

- 3. Pay the registration fees

- 4. Provide one identity photo

EQUIPMENT

- For the free “discovery” lesson, just use sportswear like tracksuit bottoms or karate gi and a t-shirt, and a pair of sports shoes (karate lessons are taken bare foot).

- After registration, a karate gi with belt (sold on the spot at the beginning of the season) is necessary.
