I am a banking executive. In Monaco you feel safe going around with your girlfriend on your luxury car. Not the same in Italy or France.

I have attended a dozen individual courses of Self Defense with Claude Pouget. The concept he has developed is extremely effective.

Claude has studied for managers and executives a range of practical techniques that you can easily execute with your suite and tie on. Plus Claude is extremely patient also with people who are more acquainted with options and derivatives than with martial arts!

Knowing what to do in case you are bothered in the street is important for everyone to feel and look confident.

My general attitude "on the road" has changed and I suggest to everyone to boost his own confidence and safety of teh beloved ones with the International Self Defense Concept.
