Isn’t it to early to start teaching karate to three year olds? TOP
Our academy adapts the teaching of karate to three year olds. Exercises are based on various games of awareness, balance and self-control. Procedures underlining the importance of politeness and educational values are put into practice. Karate can help your child overcome shyness and control himself and therefore has many positive effects.

Up to what age can we practice kickboxing or krav maga? Depending on whether I have already practiced a sport or not.

Kickboxing or krav maga can be started from the age of 14 in our associations and as long as your enthusiasm and health allow. You just need to consult a doctor who will deliver you a medical certificate. Training is according to groups of proficiency and is adapted to each person’s rhythm. Teenagers, men or women can all take part in lessons: the most important thing is to have a medical certificate.

Can a woman practice kickboxing or krav maga? Don’t we risk getting hit and receiving scars on the face?

Women can practice kickboxing or krav maga. Training is safe and very few people are injured. Teaching methods emphasise defence and self-control. Training is adapted to each person’s rhythm and enable participants to let loose and to feel better. .

What is the difference between kickboxing on one side and krav maga or defensive kickboxing on the other?

Kickboxing is a sport while krav maga and defensive kickboxing are self-defence techniques based around defending oneself in the street as part of legitimate defence. Concrete examples are used to set up realistic scenarios
