The teaching of Karate is also suitable in our academy for children from 3 years. The exercises are based around different sets of awareness, balance and Masters. Behavior by emphasizing the educational values and politeness are valued.
Karate is much good for children and allows them to overcome their shyness or better self-control.


Until what age can I practice kickboxing and Krav maga? I've played a sport or have never practiced. TOP

The Kick-boxing and Krav maga is practiced in our associations from 14 years and as your enthusiasm and your health permits. Simply consult a doctor who will eventually deliver a certificate of fitness. The exercises are conducted in groups of levels and are tailored to your own pace. Course participants may be young (e) s, women or men. The important thing is to be in possession of a medical certificate.


Can a woman practicing kickboxing and Krav maga? Might we not take the beating or being injured and marked face? TOP

Women can practice kickboxing and Krav maga. The drives are secure and few people injured. Learning fosters the defensive system and control and self-control. Workouts are tailored to each person's pace and allow you to unwind and feel good.

The Kick-Boxing is a sport while Krav maga or Kickboxing are techniques Defense Self Defense oriented thus the ability to defend in the street and this, in the context of self defense. The exercise of self-defense techniques are put in relation to concrete situations and adapted to the purpose.
